Pros

1. Office place is good 2. You can give your 9 office hours for your self improvement skills i.e No much work to do 3.

Cons

1. AC will be switched off always 2. No appraisal till you put resignation/ papers. After putting resignation you can become your's manager's manger also. 3. CTO will come to all employee desk to take update that what they are working on 4. No appreciation for your work. If you work hard/smart then also you are just a normal employee. 5. No appraisal policy. You have to check credited salary if you want to know how much hike you got (very rarely hike comes) 6. CEO appreciates office boy for saving his money by closing AC/ not keeping tissue paper in toilet 7. No encashment of earned leaves. i.e Fraud HR policy 8. If you are on Notice period and takes leaves then you will get LOP + extension of notice period. 9. No hiring for girls. Follows Discrimination 10. No growth, No learning 11. For some employee it is like a govt job. Don't want to listen anything just want to time pass 9 hrs 12. Manager note down time when the employee comes late and if goes early. ( it is like a JAIL for some team) Management want to be like a slave and do whatever they want (moronic activities)

Pros

Timely salary payments: Compensation is consistently credited on time. Employee benefits and gifts: Occasional gifts and employee recognition initiatives are provided. Annual team meets and tours: The company organizes team outings or tours once a year, supporting team bonding. Supportive HR team: The HR team is approachable and responsive to employee-related concerns. Salary increments: Annual increments are provided, offering some level of financial progression.

Cons

Lack of team coordination: Cross-functional alignment is weak, leading to confusion and inefficiencies in project execution. Limited access to management: Employee concerns rarely reach senior management. Feedback is often dismissed or suppressed rather than addressed. Absence of clear project governance: There is no robust or consistent policy framework to manage projects effectively. Minimal growth and recognition: Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and measurable achievements are limited. Decision-making bottlenecks: A small group of long-tenured employees controls most decisions despite lacking the competence or accountability required for those responsibilities. Poor work–life balance: Long working hours are common, with little consideration for employee well-being. Inadequate leave and holidays: Limited holidays and difficulty in availing leave contribute to burnout. And finally, the product is mostly manual rather focused on the Automation. Developer and Testing team is worst, except few people, none of them work seriously and adding new features is very hard. Product wise the Support and Implementation team will face lot of challenges.

Leadership is accessible, and there are ample opportunities to build regional business, manage stakeholders, and sharpen execution skills. It’s a great place for individuals who want to take initiative, learn fast, and grow with responsibility.
