Lack of team coordination: Cross-functional alignment is weak, leading to confusion and inefficiencies in project execution. Limited access to management: Employee concerns rarely reach senior management. Feedback is often dismissed or suppressed rather than addressed. Absence of clear project governance: There is no robust or consistent policy framework to manage projects effectively.
