Pros
Once you've earned at least 5+ years of tenure with Greystar, you're eligible for a very reasonable benefits package for yourself and family. 1-5 years = standard coverage benefits but you do have the option to purchase the premium packages if you want to pay more.
Cons
I know of so many situations where Greystar treated their employees horribly. They claim to have "Integrity" as one of their core values but integrity would be the last word I would use in reference to Greystar's name.
