Pros

The benefits are amazing. Employee only insurance is around $20 a month and is an amazing great PPO plan. We also have surgery plus which covers numerous medical procedures for FREE. This has really saved me a couple times. Every employee starts with 3 weeks of vacation right out of the gate in addition to 4 personal days, sick time, 3 floating holidays. At 3 years your vacation increases to 4 weeks and at 5 years increases to 5 weeks. At 10 years you get a 6 week fully paid sabbatical and then one every 5 years after. Work life balance is basically forced upon you with all the PTO. Employee surveys are actually taken seriously and have resulted in numerous improvements since I started years ago. Lots of opportunities to pursue different roles both onsite and in corporate. Seriously, the different business lines and roles is endless. We also have the ability to move into another internal role after 6 months if we feel like we didn’t find quite the right fit. There are just too many great benefits and pros to list here.

Cons

The company has grown really fast and is still working through some growing pains. Nothing serious though! We’re best of the best for a reason!

Pros

-Great networking opportunities. -Good IT support. -Great benifits. -Great employee housing discount and housing opportunities. -Commissions will make your paycheck worth it.

Cons

-Management is broad and impersonal. You may feel like a number. -Your workload can be a lot at times. if you work well under pressure, you'd succeed here. -The leasing season is not year round meaning you will have slow months and you will have good ones. Save in the good months to get through the slow ones. -High turnover. Resilience will get you far. -It's rare that you get your weekends at a company like this.
