Pros

The folks that are left there actually doing the work are the most resilient, tolerant, hard working and empathetic individuals to have to deal with the nonsense they're currently facing after a side blinding lay off that left most departments gutted except sales and marketing. Unfortunately, you can't outsell or outmarket a product that is functionally corrupt, especially with little to no cannabis market and compliance knowledge at the top. The folks at the top on the other hand, will straight up say no to features that are literally REQUIRED by customers, ignore relevant feedback and never do market research before launching into a state. This leaves customers to out their frustration on the worker bees at the company, rather than the folks making the decisions. This resulted in major churn, which also got blamed on the worker bees, rather than the product and decisions made.

Cons

Never clear and solid decisions made in any department. Most of leadership is so disconnected that no one knows who does what. Wage freeze (s), random layoffs of perfectly capable individuals. No real product roadmap so customers don't even know what to expect.
