Pros
The pto is awesome. About 4 weeks and only 32 hours need to be used for the two mandatory shutdowns. Co workers have great personalities and make the job fun.
Cons
Pay is garbage. Engineering team that doesn't like helping you with issues. Instead of taking the time to fix things they just put band aids on them until they are no longer repairable. extremely high health insurance deductible. Good workers under appreciated while bad workers seem to be favored? If that makes sense. Management is never seen on the floor. Maybe a few times a day for about two minutes. If you're not a butt kisser, good luck moving up in the company. Extremely high turn over rate. Company says they want quality and quantity doesn't matter, yet they want more and a more numbers and expect it to be done with ancient equipment. Everything is revolved around this "budget" that some how never allows improvements to said ancient equipment.
