Pros
The company is smaller which is nice for that family feel with most of the staff. Benefits are fairly good and it is located in Ogden which is nice since there are not many office opportunites North of Salt Lake City.
Cons
The upper management (owners) are not easy to work for. They prefer that everyone have a degree (which does NOT coincide with the pay). I was let go after never being written up in the past 5 years that I worked their and also took the responsiblity of the dept.-replacing 2 others that were never replaced in the commissions dept. There were many employees that also have had the same experience as myself.
