Pros
You are constantly being challenged to improve yourself. I've seen employees and management rise to the occasion and pull through for each other. That has been extremely improve to me.
Cons
If you don't want to grow as an employee or person, don't bother applying. They are always changing, looking for opportunities to improve, and not everyone can handle being held accountable. They expect people to learn from mistakes, rather than avoiding mistakes.
