      Hours are great, people are, for the most part, enjoyable and money is good if you are good at sales!

      High pressure sales, can can have some late nights but not too often.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. They give you independence and support at the same time. Don’t have to do the billing, just send in the paperwork. Gas card, money for CEUS, fair pay rate. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Since it’s EI and preschool there’s traveling involved.

      Employees are great an increase in their salaries.

      Cons

      It will take years to see the increase and there are no vacation benefits at this time.
