      Pros

      Easy hours 1030-6 M-F and an occasional Saturday

      Cons

      Upper management is very unprofessional, you are paid poorly to dupe people into spending their money for an ancient site, that is far less beneficial for finding love than say match.com 1 year membership was 7k when I left. Only 2 couples in the 3 years I worked there got engaged/married. This job made me hate myself for doing this to all these people.

      Matchmaking People. The potential to make good money. Good work schedules.

      Cons

      Cliquish. Favoritism runs rampant! Non Existent Training. The strong and those with senority survive. The current call center manager is arrogant, she will in a second push her seniority and, "Miss Know It All" attitude on you! Small work environment. No job security.

      Terrible management, hypocrites, gossip, unsanitary working conditions, double standards, favoritism, greed, I could go on and on.
