They are so desperate- they tolerate the worst behavior from employees and do not care. Showing up hours late, walking out and leaving mid shift, grossly trashing other stylists to clients. This is fully acceptable because they just need bodies. Not real stylists. Or professional employees. They do not care about laws for cleanliness, disinfecting stations, or proper use of equipment. They provide no combs so stylists a reuse them and guards all day long. The toxic behavior of employees was an embarrassment to be a part of. Also two stylist steal money regularly.
