      Pros

      Built in clients, great management, great owner (franchisee). Fun place to come to work.

      Cons

      Scheduling can be a hassle, would like to see some part-timers as well as full timers to fill in the gaps when full timers need time off for family functions. Better pay for those in management and higher.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
