Pros
Pretty good work/life balance. Alright pay. Good tips and loyal customers who return on the regular. When in a salon with low turnover you can have a very comfortable work environment with great co workers. When with a good franchise and gm you get good PTO,health insurance and continuing education and more opportunity to grow in all different directions with your job. But it's up to you what you do.
Cons
Pay could be higher, but you do have the opportunity to get your pay higher by reaching goals. Not everyone one is on board with great clips so sometimes that can cause issues within making your salon a good environment.
