      Pros

      Great Clips is a walk in's only salon which provides a steady flow of customers which provides employees with little down time and a better opportunity to build your client base. Great Clips also offers a flexible schedule to accomodate your needs.

      Cons

      Because Great Clips offers a more economical price for a haircut it sometimes results in the "no tip" customer. Unfortunately, some people still do not understand the importance tips have on employees in the beauty industry.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
