Pros

The employees and the customers are the pros for working at this company. I love tho work here.

Cons

The company itself isn't the greatest. I love the costumes and my fellow employees. The company it self needs to treat us better. I feel like the red headed step child. We need a remodel bad and when we ask for things we don't get it or it takes forever. I feel we should get paid more then what we do. There are other salons that is great clips and the stylist get paid way more than us. I nelive this why we can't get anyone to apply here is because of this.

Since each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.

Pros

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

Cons

Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

Pros

Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

Cons

Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
