      You might make some real friends.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. They don’t care if the non-favorites have health issues. Non-favorites will not get promoted. You are not allowed to voice the truth without them getting upset. Very high turnover

      Because each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
