      Pros

      I LOVE MY JOB! Would not work anywhere else! I have been with great clips 10+ years. Great opportunity for advancement if that's what you are looking for. Opportunity to make $$. We offer our stylists more than minimum wage. You can make commission when you make productivity and up to 20% for your product sales. Paid holidays too!

      Cons

      Long hours however it's great for our customers! I can honestly say I don't have any cons!

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
