      Pros

      Great Clips is a fast paced hair salon, developed for an easy access for you to do what you love to do; hair. They have marketing ideas for you as well as market for you, and you don't have to build your own clientele. Lots of room to move forward and promotion opportunities at this company, you just have to show them the desire you have for it. Training? Lots of paid training opportunities as well as online courses to work on at home if you choose. I have been with this company for at least 10 years and I don't plan on ever leaving.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
