Pros
The store had been updated and and looked fantastic. The opportunity to make as much money as possible was within reach so long as you followed GreatClips guidelines for haircutting.
Cons
They had a huge turnover with Managment at that store. The staff was difficult to work with and it was hard to keep morale up due to the turnover in their management.
