Pros
There is opportunity to make as much money as you are willing to work for. Corporate is very helpful, supportive and cares about the success of you, your staff and salon.
Cons
Not every salon has the same rules as they are franchises and can tweak the rules. The support is not always clear from the upper management. High hopes are built and then knocked down. Expected to eat, breathe and sleep the salon, family comes second.
