      Dependable work steady paycheck clean environment fast paced work no need for an established clientele

      Not really any continuing ed classes offered there is a huge turnover rate do not get raises easily and some goals are made to be unobtainable

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
