      Great owners, good pay, fantastic co-workers, fun clients, freedom to run the store, training, 5 step customer connection, known expectations

      Cons

      Not washing hair, dirty clients, work harder not smarter atmosphere, cheap guests, no color or chemical services, hours open and requirements, no set schedule.

      Mannequin training as soon as you get hired. The managers really care about your confidence on the floor and want you to be successful.
