      Pros

      Flexible hours and nice customers. Some nice co workers and a great learning environment for apprentices. Great tips during seasonal peaks.

      Cons

      Revolving door staff wise. Tyrant Manager who did NOT lead by example. Difficult work environment when the over paid manager sat on her butt in the back while all others did cleaning or cut after cut.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
