Pros
Great Clips had good benefits at the corporate level, including free haircuts. There were about 100 corporate employees at HQ, and it was easy to communicate with different departments. It's a successful company, and they know what works as far as providing good support for franchisees.
Cons
Great Clips had a very conservative culture, driven by senior management. There wasn't much tolerance for alternative viewpoints. In certain departments, the organization is pretty flat, so there wasn't opportunity for advancement.
