      Pros

      Busy, good tips, full time benefits. Depends on franchise owner.

      Cons

      8-9 hour shifts at busier stores, franchise owners really make or break it. Low hourly wage. Too much work for too little pay. They don't care about you, they care about your numbers. Very Sad.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
