Hourly pay. Great customers. Paid training (if Franchisee follows through with company policy) If you follow the steps laid out by Great Clips itself, you will succeed.
Cons
13-17 minute cut time, Low pay (again depending on the Franchisee you work for) Managements hands being tied when it comes to working with your staff and not against them.
