      Great for learning clipper cuts

      Cons

      Franchisee's are in the business only as investors. The thinking is stylist are a dime a dozen and generally are stupid. This creates poor leadership and high turnover.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
