Always in need of stylists, guaranteed revenue just by coming into work. Hourly wage generally not that great, but tips make up for it.
Cons
You have to learn to cut hair fast, or you'll get fired. 9 times out of 10 the upper level management does not cut hair, they don't understand what it's like being a hair stylist, so they demand things of the employees that are unfair.

Because each salon is independently owned and operated, the best person to address your comments would be the franchisee. If you would like, you can email Jeanne@greatclips.com with the salon location where you were employed and details. We will forward it to the franchisee for you. Thank you.
Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.
Cons
Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
