      Pros

      Coworkers and customers are fabulous.

      Cons

      Low pay for very hard work. 20-30 haircuts a day. My franchise owner did not appreciate his staff and was dishonest and disorganized.No raises for loyalty to company. Same pay for all stylists regardless of experience. Managers have no time to train staff.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
