Pros
Good sales training and onboarding
Cons
As an account exec, you will be grinded to the bone and barely have time to go to the bathroom or eat lunch with back to back to back to back calls. You will be given a 40k base salary and they will tell you your on track earnings will be over 100k and it is completely unachievable. Hot sales periods are short and you will make decent money until you enter months of cold sales periods. You will be asked to pressure families who don’t have the money to put thousands of dollars on their credit card to fund advice from unqualified student account managers. Most of whom will come out of the program disappointed. Additionally your hours are four weekdays from noon to 8pm and you will work a weekend day from 8am to 4pm. Enjoy your summer with that schedule. There’s cameras in the main area and if you so much as talk to your colleagues for a bit, the owner will come out and sit down. They also have a software that takes screenshots of your screen every few seconds. Not one of the absolute worst, it was the absolute worst culture I’ve ever experienced in a workplace. It was actually mind blowing.
