Pros

Looks great from the outside

Cons

No structure, people worked really hard, constant fear of being fired without any warning. No goals or targets to work towards, mostly Turkish spoken in the office, rarely English.

Gram Games Response

Dear former employee - Thank you for your feedback on working at Gram. We’re very sorry to hear that you came away from Gram Games with a negative impression. As a company, we pride ourselves on having a flat structure, and maintaining an open, international culture and environment in both of our studios. This means that decisions and plans, for the most part, come from the ground up - from our teams. And it means that we’re lucky enough to have people from all over the world in our offices. However, as a company we know there are always ways to improve, to grow, and to iterate on what we do, and how we do it. Thank you for your feedback - we will be sure to incorporate this as we go forward. Best, Gram Games

Pros

The atmosphere is genuinely warm and positive. People are friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. There’s strong cross-team collaboration and working across disciplines feels smooth and well-supported. Everyone’s willing to help, share knowledge, and answer questions — no matter your role or level of experience. Because of this, I felt like a real part of the team, included in discussions and trusted to share my voice. My manager was a big advocate for my growth, constantly offering challenges and support to help me improve. Free breakfast and lunch is a big big plus!!!

Cons

Unclear Growth Path It was often hard to get a clear picture of what long-term growth or next steps might look like, which made planning for the future feel a bit uncertain. Projects sometimes felt like they were in constant motion, which made it tough to know where things were headed or how to contribute most effectively. There's a noticeable shift as the company grows - more structure and process, which isn't necessarily bad, but it's changing the overall vibe.
