Pros
Grainger is a good company to work for, great benefits, salaries, raises, 401k, and lots of time off and other benefits. I'd still go back and work there... I am still finding it difficult to find anything that comes close to the benefits and salary I was getting before I was downsized.
Cons
The problem is in the structuring and re-structuring that seems to happen quite a bit- and during the short time I was there I had 3 different managers. The training also needs to be re-evaluated. I felt really lost for almost the entire first year- It's kind of a fend for yourself environment, which maybe some people like.
