If you want a lot of overtime the turn around is so bad you will be working 6-7 days a week sometimes 14 days straight
Cons
Poor management , no communication , horrible work culture , HR is a joke she is never there unless she is firing someone won’t answer or return calls . Maintenance sucks with affects machines and aggravated operators who have to deal with it .
