1. No rest for operator. Work like robot. Even during off day need to come. 2. Epf Jan 2025 just paid on May 🤮 3. All employee 99.99% from Pharmaniaga. Unwanted employee from Pharmaniaga come here to make this their new home. Look at Pharmaniaga now, become better without these people here. 4. All benefits is outside show only, when come to claim, HR is very rigid. Claim takes 3 months🤦‍♂️. 5. All of the higher Management dont know how to work, only know how to give order. 6. Salary not balance between workers, if you are their family, or friends, sure you will have a great time. 7. Btw, the company is women empowerment, malay first company. Go figure.
