      Pros

      Everyone is professional, no drama. Everyone seems like they just want to build great cameras. Healthcare is excellent compared to other companies of this size. Benefits in general are pretty decent.

      Cons

      Communication has been a little tricky, specifically cross-team/cross-country. That's the only issue I have found so far.
