No job security, you live under the constant fear that today could be your last day. No culture, no benefits but things are always being "promised". A revolving door of CTO's, CPO's, CEO's and VP's of Sales, so the leadership is pretty much non-existent with the journey to "success" ever dwindling and changing course. A Board and Senior Management team that seem to suffer from "Delusions of Grandeur" But worst of all a product that DOES NOT WORK, due to a terribly written code that causes insurmountable loads of work and hard days for the developers, account managers, customer support teams, I could go on. Clients that are trapped like some of the people that work there. A company that over promises and under delivers. If you are looking to learn and grow in your career, GoContractor is not for you.
