Our Business Development Representative (BDR) roles are suited to those early on in their careers, and the role is often the very first role in someone's professional career. That significant transition can be made more difficult for those who learn the best face to face. We have regular live training on zoom, and our Learning Management System has extensive curriculums our new hires are supported though, which works very well for most, however, I can empathize with those who prefer learning in real-time, face to face in an office.
