- Very fast-paced, classic kind-of start-up feel in the sense that there are constantly a lot of moving parts, and could be at any given time, so while I would recommend GoCanvas to friends, I wouldn't encourage if this kind of environment isn't your cup of tea.
- CEO likes to use a "Stop Light" analogy for level of comfort in a job, and believes that growth happens in the yellow (discomfort & courage). This is something I think is huge also to outline for anyone who doesn't respond well to this feeling (again tying back to that fast-paced temperament that exists here). The goal of it is to encourage growth, making sure you're never too comfortable and loose track of that drive, but I only point this out because that's not necessarily how everyone would react to this kind of environment
