What really sets Go1 apart is the people who are smart, collaborative, respectful, and deeply invested in doing meaningful work. Leadership is transparent and supportive, and there’s a real sense of trust. Most teams have the autonomy to make decisions and genuinely influence outcomes, and you can clearly see how your work contributes to the bigger picture. A highlight this year has been our regional Go-gether regional events. They were exceptionally well organised and created an amazing opportunity for teams to connect, celebrate wins, share learnings, and plan for what’s ahead. The energy during those sessions really showcased the culture we’re building and reinforced the sense of belonging across regions.
Cons
Go1 can still feel scrappy at times. You definitely need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity, and processes are still evolving. But if you thrive in a dynamic environment, this won’t feel like a negative.
