Lack of leadership and training - Anonymous employee GlobalSign Employee Review

My direct supervisor consistently canceled one-on-one's literally 5 minutes before the scheduled meetings, claiming all was well and I was doing fine. I was also not fully trained on several aspects of my job despite multiple requests on my part. There is also a huge disconnect between the US office and HQ. Lots of incentives and raffles which are mentioned in company emails, but the US really isn't allowed to participate. Don't expect raises or bonuses, but lots of gift cards are given out instead. Very limited room for growth.
