Nobody cares much about real results. They are more focused on company culture.
Cons
They have a culture of getting an unfair advantage from others. Not paying suppliers is a standard practice, using any excuse available. They also take advantage from employees, not paying extra time nor benefits, even when they are fixed by union contracts.
