Pros
Some colleagues are nice but others are super arrogant
Cons
- Stress, stress and more stress for no reason
- They want you to be always reachable. It’s even written in my contract that I have to be reachable in my holidays and days off. Some teams have to work at the week-end.
- The CEO hires the little sisters of his best friends and ex colleagues which create a weird feeling if you don’t belong to that little circle. There are clearly difference of treatment.
- Some projects do not make sense
- They try to fool people with the bonus
- Jewelry are expensive but the quality is not there : broken medallions, lost of stones etc…)
- It’s Ok if the CEO and buyers flying every month to Switzerland (or even sometimes every week) but the finance team ? Never heard of videoconference ?
- Incompetent HR: Long process to get the holidays approved After I left HR contacted me to know when was my starting day and how many holidays I had left. Seriously, aren’t they supposed to know that?
- Have to fight to take home office and Holliday.
- The office is directly exposed to the sun which means it felt like 40°c in summer but unfortunately not warm enough in winter. The toilettes and kitchen are disgusting. Not really safe at night, drugs dealers directly in front of the main door.
- Team organization is a total mess between freelancers, halftime, midi jobs, werkstundent and team in CH office which work one day on 2.
