Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to learn that your experience has not met expectations. We have invested in engaging professionals whose role will be to engage talent by elevating the employee experience. We are proud to offer paid PTO for those who seek to serve the community as part of our standard benefits. Recently, our engineering team took a day during their conference to serve in a local food bank--we plan to do that type of team building a whole lot more. We also afford employees the opportunity to work remotely as a standard practice to promote work/life balance.
