      1.) Some folks can be a little too sensitive or easily offended so you have to be super careful of what you say.. 2.) There is a lot of process to follow which hinders productivity.

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
