      People are positive and helpful, it’s possible to find your tribe and to really enjoy work there.

      Senior management appeared to be quite scattered. Classic lord of the flies style resource allocation and reallocation.

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
