      It is open for all and also has so many tools and resources for developers to work on and to contribute to the open source softwares

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
