Pros
none this place is terrible
Cons
This is a classic case of bad management and corporate bureaucracy ruining a good thing. My direct manager was promoted into the role without any training or aptitude for leading people. I was consistently micromanaged on trivial tasks while larger project decisions were made with zero oversight. Communication was passive-aggressive and manipulative, and any mistakes were weaponized during performance reviews. My manager showed extreme favoritism to employees who would "kiss up," while the actual high performers were undervalued and overlooked. The work-life balance is a myth. Due to managerial incompetence and poor project planning, we were forced to constantly accelerate timelines and work extreme hours to hit targets. When a mistake was made at a senior level, junior employees were tasked with cleaning up the fallout and providing explanations, with no accountability for the actual decision-makers. There's no clear path for advancement or real investment in career development. Your growth is entirely dependent on your manager's whim.
