Not a lot of pros.

Pros

- The employees are, without a doubt, the heart and soul of this company. They are talented, kind, and an absolute joy to work with. - The level of expertise here is remarkable, every single person is highly skilled and among the best in their field. - At its peak, the culture was something special. The team was supportive, the energy was exciting, and there was a real sense of belonging... until everything fell apart.

Cons

Massive layoffs with no warning. Employees were completely blindsided, despite reassurances that things were "fine." No real explanations, no time to prepare, just an email, a meeting, and you're gone. Unpaid overtime became the norm. In times of pressures, employees were expected to pick up the slack, putting in extra hours without compensation. HR is a mess. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and at times, actively working against employees. Trying to get any support or answers is an exercise in frustration. Breach of contract and extortion of ex-employees. Even after parting ways with employees, management showed no hesitation in engaging in unethical and illegal practices to strong-arm former staff. Chaotic return to office. Leadership abruptly transitioned from remote to 2 days in-office without first addressing the glaring lack of resources needed to accommodate staff. Desks, meeting spaces, and even basic office necessities were inadequate. Transparency is a joke. The founders love to talk about openness and honesty, but when it comes to critical information (especially about financial stability and job security) they keep employees in the dark. Underpaid for high-level work. The expectations are sky-high, but the compensation doesn’t match the level of expertise required.
