Interview
This is a very unprofessional and selfish company. Very bad interview experience, completely disrespected. It is common that you don't get any response if you are not selected at the screening interview, but with this company you will never get any feedback if you are not selected no matter which round of the interview you are at. I know that because I had attended 3 interviews with 2 different positions, and none of the interview they gave feedback about my application, even after the final round talked to their senior manager and CTO. I was left in dark for weeks until I contacted them and asked for an update. I won't complain if they select other candidates, but they should give a short feedback at least. All 3 interviews were like that, I believed selfish is in their blood. As long as they find the person they are looking for, they don't care about other candidates anymore. One day if they need you, they will contact you and ask you to confirm ASAP, but if they don't need you anymore, you will be left behind, that's what happened to me with my third interview.Interviewwhat is your biggest failure? what if you don't have enough information to do your test? who is more difficult to get alone with? project manager or developer?
