Pros
- Most colleagues are nice and collaborative
Cons
- Morale is at a all time low with silent layoffs and many people quietly quitting - The company appears to be hitting a wall, as top-down decisions are not yielding the intended results - Many under-qualified upper management hires, just because they are friends with founder. This results in many yes men, poor decision making for the business and employees which has led to increasing unhappiness over the years - Favouritism is shown to certain employees within tech and special privileges seem to be given to them. Somehow they still keep their jobs even though no one knows what they do, are uncollaborative and their direct reports perform better than them - Company benefits and compensation are paltry to say the least and senior management offers lip service to placate employees - Slow promotion cycle of 2 years after date of joining and meagre pay raise so better fight for higher pay before joining
